How accurate is the color of wee card company products onscreen? The images on this site are as closely represented as possible to the actual item. Much of wee card company’s products use metallic paper and metallic inks. These items are more shimmery and sparkly in person than onscreen.

How long will it take to receive my order? Standard card shop orders will be processed within 4 business days of the order date. Personalized flat printed and silkscreened items will be processed within 10 business days.

Personalized letterpressed items will be processed within 5 to 6 weeks of the order date. Processing time does not include shipping time which depends on your choice of shipping method. Rush orders can be requested by email

Delivery within Manhattan:
We offer same day messenger service though email request.
Please email your order to customerservice@weecardcompany.com and we will will send you a PayPal invoice. (rush order fee may apply)

Shipping outside US:
We offer international shipping though email request.
Please email your order to customerservice@weecardcompany.com and we will will send you a PayPal invoice.

Shipping custom work:
shipping rates are based on weight, destination and method of shipping.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. At checkout, you will be automatically directed to PayPal to complete your transaction and then return to wee card company at completion.

What is your return policy?
Returns on regular items can be made in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving your purchase for an exchange or refund. Refund will be minus shipping cost. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue your exchange or refund. We do not except returns or exchanges on personalized or custom work.
